Mind Fields.0rg.uk - Study courses for professionals. Most study days help towards PREP, Drs wanting PGEA points have to arrange for those themselves, it is also beneficial for other professionals, e.g., social workers, teachers etc.
Counselling, psychotherapy and self-help forums - This is a UK Counselling, psychotherapy and self-help forums. They offer support and advice and if you want to, you can post messages anonymously. You can alsorecipricate the support you may have recived in supporting others who find themselves in a similar situation.

The Stress Consultancy This is an extremely well organised stress management training centre. They provide a number of distance learning courses on stress management. The training is excellent, and the tutors are very helpful and provide as much support as needed. They run 3 different courses, a general stress management training course at both certificate and diploma level and a work related stress management course. It is well worth taking a look at if you are interested in becoming a stress management trainer.
