THE PACKAGE I OFFER

I can offer a number of services; one to one training, group sessions normally between 3 and 15 max, as this allows each member of the group to have time to air their own concerns etc. The package itself is based around a minimum of eight different lessons / sessions. Each session lasting approximately 1hr to 1-½ hours, depending on how much practice, talking, or discussion occurs.

Due to the nature of stress and the impact, it can have on our lives, I can do full day workshops, or workshops spread over a few days. The details are not ready, but I will send them when they are. In a workshop, not only are a number of topics are covered, such as, time management, work related stress etc. You will also experience a number of practical techniques, such as relaxation, relaxed breathing, behaviour thought logs etc. I provide packages to reduce people having to make notes, and there should be CD's available to purchase.

I can provide information packages, which contain, information, questionnaires, diagrams, pictures, two different relaxation technique CD's and clinical support with feedback. This is a four-part set, and covers all the topics below. The packs can be made smaller, but then the benefits may be reduced, as a small pack contains one technique, a full set contains 2 techniques. This is some thing NEW and is especially useful for those that cannot see a professional but want something more than a relaxation CD. The professional support is by the telephone, email, and or post. Most of the information can be sent by email if one uses Microsoft. The fee is dependant on what is wanted and the level of support that is required. For those who live outside the UK, there would be NO telephone support, I use a website for conversion rates. Any payment has to be in UK sterling, before the first pack is sent. At present, I can only accept traveller's cheques from abroad.
